The Turd Reich Posters of Grow Up
Trendy Bricklane in London’s East End is awash with lowbrow graffiti “art.” It is the perfect ugly urbanscape for a father & son “street art” duo known as “Grow Up.” They recently plastered the spray-painted walls of Bricklane with a new poster series they call—The Turd Reich.
I’m uncomfortable posting Nazi imagery, but it’s important not to sanitize the hateful messages currently being distributed by what passes for the left these days. These unwise and absurd artists may think they’re akin to the 1930s anti-Nazi German artist Helmut Herzfeld (John Heartfield), but they’re simply feeble-minded poseurs.
Left-wingers will call anyone they dislike a Fascist or a Nazi. The casual use of these terms cheapens and disrespects the tens of millions of innocent people who actually suffered and died under the hobnailed boots of Nazi mass murderers. The latest Grow Up art depicts Nazi officers in uniforms… they happen to be President Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Elon Musk, Member of the UK Parliament Nigel Farage, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, and the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu.
Video found on X documenting “The Turd Reich” posters of Grow Up on a street in Bricklane, London’s East End.
The men denigrated by Grow Up are decorated with Swastikas, the “Totenkopf” death head of the Waffen-SS, and the Eagle with Swastika emblem of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (Nazis).
For goodness sake, 383,700 British troops died fighting the Nazis in WWII. The Nazis bombed the UK for eight months from 1940 to 1941, destroying dozens of towns, cities, and industrial targets. Cities like Manchester and Birmingham were left in ruin. London was flattened by continuous Nazi bombing raids. Over 40,000 British civilians were killed, and more than a million houses were destroyed in London by Nazi bombs. But Grow Up thinks Nigel Farage is a Nazi. These foolish artists really should “grow up.”
Elon Musk aligns with Trump, so Grow Up calls him a “fascist.” Nevertheless, Musk founded the space technology company SpaceX, which rescued American astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore.
Musk developed Starlink to bring connectivity to areas without broadband. He saved Ukraine’s government and military by activating Starlink for Ukraine during the war with Russia. He activated Starlink for women in Iran protesting against being forced to conform to Islamic dress codes. He activated Starlink for the people of North Carolina so they could communicate with the outside world after the devastation of Hurricane Helen. Yet, Grow Up says Musk is a Nazi.

Musk is the most successful producer of electric vehicles in the world. According to liberals and progressives EVs are a solution to climate change. But Musk supports Trump, so leftists vandalize and destroy Teslas, Tesla charging stations, and Tesla dealerships with Molotov cocktails. It’s sheer lunacy. Out of fear Telsa owners are keeping their cars in the garage. Tesla dealerships have been firebombed in Nevada, Kansas, South Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Oregon. It’s a certainty there will be more attacks. But according to Grow Up… Elon Musk is the Nazi Storm Trooper.
The Grow Up poster of Elon Musk dressed as a Nazi commander wearing swastika medals, is a not so surreptitious call for violence. After all, what was done with genocidal Nazis?
As a matter of fact, on March 12, 2025, two members of Britain’s militant eco-alarmist group, Just Stop Oil, invaded the Westfield Tesla store in London, England. The group is infamous for vandalizing and sometimes destroying historic artworks to draw attention to the climate catastrophe they say will destroy all life on earth in the next few years.

The two Just Stop Oil crazies, Catherine Rennie Nash, 74, and Nigel Fleming, 63, walked into the Westfield Tesla store dressed as everyday citizens, then poured orange liquid latex over the Tesla developed Optimus robotic humanoid on display. Immediately after the act of vandalism Nash squawked:
“Shut down the fascists! The government is failing to protect our democracy from fossil fuel companies and power hungry billionaires. I will not stand by and let the climate crisis cause global food destruction, mass starvation and the collapse of civil society. Shut down the fascists.”
The father in the Grow Up duo is graphic designer Mark Blamire, his son Jack Blamire is a graffiti artist and painter. Mindbogglingly, Mark’s work is on permanent display in the 20th Century collection at the V&A museum London. Which is further evidence that Great Britain ain’t so great anymore.
Grow Up left a somewhat incoherent statement on their Instagram account regarding their loathsome “Turd Reich” posters:
“We are all eternally grateful for everyone who understands the point of why we did it (we don’t like fascist dictators / tyrants / evil depots and dodgy oligarch corrupt billionaires / war criminals / homophobes / racists etc). Just in case you need the current unacceptable rise of fascism explaining to you, yes we are woke, we wear the badge with honour. The posters in bricklane have now all been taken down or stolen or painted over via other evil street artist, so they’ve ruined it for you so you can’t all go and have selfies with Nazis, sorry babes.”

Unfortunately, the plague of postmodern anti-art kitsch currently dominates museums and galleries in the Western world. The UK has certainly been an outpost for such banality. Just feast your eyes on the works of Grow Up, the latest plaything for today’s bourgeois art establishment.
